We think the best way to sell real estate in AU is through a licensed real estate agent with a great marketing campaign.
- A strong marketing campaign does not need to be expensive. Photos of the actual real estate agent marketing the property are not needed. It is the house for sale that needs the marketing, not the agent. It should include a focus on the internet, and there should be a standard real estate agent sign out the front of the home.
- Real estate agents should never charge a vendor for upfront marketing costs. There should never be any extra fees payable for marketing or vendor paid advertising. Any real estate advertising should be included in the agents single fee.
- If the property isn’t sold, there should be no charge to the vendor, because the property hasn’t been sold!
- The maximum real estate commission payable by a customer should be no greater than One Percent plus gst.
- The licensed real estate agent selling the property must have at least three years sales experience.
In conclusion, we believe your real estate in AU can be sold for a good price, and you don’t have to pay large real estate agent commissions and, or fees, as long as you choose the correct licensed real estate agent.
